Pricing may change if the actual condition, size, accessibility, number of windows, amount of buildup, scope of work, or other characteristics of the property differ materially from the information originally provided.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges, subject to customer authorization where appropriate.
3. Scheduling
Appointment dates and arrival times are subject to change because of weather, traffic, safety concerns, equipment issues, previous jobs taking longer than expected, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant scheduling changes.
4. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to areas necessary to complete the scheduled work.
For interior services, customers should remove or secure fragile, valuable, or sensitive items near windows and work areas before our technicians arrive.
Customers should notify Holy Cow Window Cleaning of known hazards, damaged windows, loose fixtures, security systems, pets, restricted areas, or other conditions that could affect the safe completion of the work.
5. Existing Damage and Conditions
Holy Cow Window Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including but not limited to damaged glass, failed window seals, scratched glass, loose screens, deteriorated frames, defective hardware, damaged tint or film, oxidation, hard-water etching, construction defects, or other conditions that existed before our services were performed.
Cleaning may reveal previously hidden scratches, stains, seal failures, damage, or imperfections.
6. Results
We strive to provide high-quality professional cleaning services and customer satisfaction.
Certain stains or conditions—including permanent hard-water etching, mineral deposits, scratches, damaged seals, oxidation, paint, concrete, silicone, or construction debris—may require specialized restoration or may not be completely removable through standard cleaning.
7. Satisfaction Concerns
If you believe an area included within the agreed scope of work was not properly cleaned, please contact Holy Cow Window Cleaning promptly so that we have an opportunity to review and address the concern.
Any satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning services performed and does not guarantee correction of permanent damage, pre-existing conditions, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work.
8. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided on the applicable estimate, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement.
Customers are responsible for charges associated with services they authorize.
Additional terms may apply to commercial accounts, recurring service agreements, or specially contracted work.
9. Recurring Services
Customers enrolled in a recurring maintenance or service program may be subject to additional terms presented at enrollment.
Those terms may address service frequency, pricing, discounts, cancellation, rescheduling, rain touch-ups, and other program benefits.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a separately executed service agreement, the separately executed agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling.
Holy Cow Window Cleaning reserves the right to establish cancellation, rescheduling, or service-call fees when disclosed to the customer in connection with a particular service or agreement.
11. Weather and Safety
Some services may need to be postponed because of rain, lightning, high winds, severe weather, unsafe property conditions, or other circumstances that could create an unreasonable safety risk.
Holy Cow Window Cleaning reserves the right to stop, postpone, or reschedule work when we reasonably determine that conditions are unsafe.
